This device from the Chinese OEM will come packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 (11nm) along with Adreno 616 GPU. The main USPs of the device are popup selfie camera and full-screen display with no notch. Something we have seen in the past from Vivo in its Nex (aka Apex 2018) smartphone. The device also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Recently the company also launched its next generation of concept phone the “Apex 2019” in a launch event held in China. Vivo V15 Pro follows the same suite. For a complete list of specifications of the device refer to the table below.

According to an article by 91Mobiles.com, pre-bookings for the device will start on February 15th. The official date of release being February 20th. There's no official word on pricing yet. But when it comes to Vivo, don't expect it to be around the ₹20K mark. As for the availability, the device will be available for purchase on Vivo India Website and via offline sellers. As that's where most of its sales are generated from.

Conclusion

Vivo and Oppo, both the Chinese companies have their own user base in the Indian market. Generally, these devices are marketed towards users looking for a device with the latest features and good cameras. They don't really care as much about the internals as we nerds do. Pricing has always been the issue with these brands as they charge exorbitant prices for mediocre specs. If the upcoming Vivo V15 Pro is anywhere near the 20K mark, then it can give tough competition to big players like Xiaomi & Nokia.
