Android Pie for Huawei P20 Pro and Nova 3 in India
Huawei recently started to roll out Android Pie update to its devices a while back all around the globe. It looks it is the time for India to get the Android Pie Update. The company has announced and teased about the same via posts on Social Media Platforms. As of now, the Android Updates are for 2 devices namely Huawei P20 Pro and Huawei Nova 3. The company has teased it saying "Coming Soon."
It's about time as of now for all the users to receive the same on their devices. The OTA would roll-on once and for all soon to everyone. Even Moto G6 Plus users have started to receive Android Pie Update
EMUI 9
With Android 9 for Huawei devices, it marks the arrival of EMUI 9. There are various exclusive features for these devices such as the new navigation gestures in the UI just like on other devices. There is even a GPU Turbo Mode and PC Mode. Other similar features include Paytm Integration and Google Lens like "HiVision."

This New year is going to be the phase for many Android OEMs to roll out Android Pie updates for the masses. Not just the flagship devices but even the popular devices supported by the company. The permissions settings are more customisable and more granular for the user. Not only these features, but Android Pie focuses on reducing your screen usage time. This is done by the inbuilt app Digital Well-being. It shows how much time you have used your phone and the ability to set timers for the app on a daily basis so you don't overuse your apps. It shows a full graph of individual usage too. This well-being app feature is restricted to Pixel Devices, but we hope it might make a come to other devices too.
