Android Oreo Update Rolling out Officially for MI A1

Android Oreo Wonders!

We have got a good news for Mi A1 users. Unlike other Mi device, Mi A1 is bound to have a different story since it is an "Android One" device. (No MIUI xD). If you can recall, it is one of the most popular devices among the crowd these days because of the Dual Camera and other features. Android One has done it all. The Android Oreo for MI A1 has been rolled out officially. Here's the Tweer from MI (@xiaomi)

What's New

Earlier in December, there were Beta Versions of Android Oreo released for the MI A1. The Update brings on the New Android Oreo including some of the apps from MI which were present in Nougat too. This means that the MI A1 users would be able to use all of the Android Oreo Features such as the Quick Switch, Adaptive Icons, Picture in Picture Mode, Dots for Notifications, Intelligent Text Select, and much more. Talking about Quick Charging, it might be present on the MI A1 since it had it on the Beta version for Android Oreo; we are unsure about it.

Do note that the Update is being rolled out in batches to all of the users. As a result, you might take some time until the joyful notification "New Software Update Available for Download" appears on your Phone. This rolling out would be completed soon, so keep checking your phone if you are can't wait to get your hands on Oreo.
