The word virtual itself say's that it is something which is virtual i.e non-real. So, simply speaking Virtual Reality is a non-reality. It means it creates a virtual environment that might be completely different from the reality around you.

2.Training: No need to go into a worn torn territory to prepare the cadets for war.Thanks to VR now it can be done anywhere.

What is Augmented Reality?

It is a reality in which virtual objects are augmented over the reality. So, it can be said as an enhanced version of reality which allows to view/show additional objects or info on the real-life objects.

Applications of AR:

  1. Gaming: Last summer's hit game, Pokemon go uses Augmented Reality.
